Welcome to Future Combat Force (FCF). By registering for the Summer Vacation Military & Adventure Camp 2026, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Registration & Eligibility

• The camp is open to children aged 6 to 18 years.
• Registration is confirmed only after full payment of camp fees.
• Limited seats are available and registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Camp Fees

• Camp Fee: ₹7,000 (All Inclusive – Accommodation, Food, Training Activities & Certification).
• Transportation charges are separate and depend on selected pickup location.
• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

3. Payment Terms

• 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
• Registration is not confirmed until payment is successfully received.
• Payment receipt will be sent to the registered email/contact details.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests must be sent via email or WhatsApp.
• Refund eligibility is subject to the Refund Policy (see Refund Policy page).

5. Code of Conduct

• Participants must follow strict discipline and instructions given by camp instructors.
• Misconduct, indiscipline, or violation of camp rules may result in dismissal without refund.
• Parents must disclose any medical conditions prior to registration.

6. Medical & Safety

• Basic medical support will be available at the campsite.
• In case of emergency, parents will be informed immediately.
• FCF is not responsible for undisclosed medical conditions.

7. Liability

• While strict safety measures are followed, participation in adventure activities involves inherent risks.
• Parents/guardians agree that participation is voluntary and at their own risk.

8. Photography & Media

• Camp photos/videos may be used for promotional purposes.
• If parents do not consent, they must inform in writing before camp commencement.

9. Changes & Modifications

• FCF reserves the right to modify camp schedule, activities, or transportation arrangements if necessary.
