Leadership by a Real Army Veteran
The camp is founded and led by Mr. Yashvant Madhukar Dhauskar, a former soldier from
the Maratha Light Infantry of the Indian Army. With 19 years of service in the Indian Army, he brings real military experience and discipline to the camp.
His service highlights include:
- Participated in the Kargil War (1999)
- Served at Siachen Glacier – World’s Highest Battlefield
- Served as Instructor at various Military Training Centers
Under his leadership, the camp follows a structured training approach inspired by real military discipline and teamwork principles. This unique guidance ensures that children learn valuable lessons about responsibility, courage, leadership, and perseverance.
