Refund Policy – Future Combat Force (FCF)

We understand that plans may change. Please read our refund policy carefully before registering.

1. Cancellation by Parent/Guardian

• Cancellation 15 days before camp start date: 70% refund.
• Cancellation 7–14 days before camp start date: 50% refund.
• Cancellation Less than 7 days before camp: No refund.
• No refund for no-show or early withdrawal.

2. Cancellation by FCF

If the camp is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances (natural disaster, government restrictions, etc.), parents may choose:

• Full refund, OR
• Transfer of seat to next batch.

3. Transportation Charges

• Transportation fee is refundable only if cancellation is made 10 days prior.
• Once transport is arranged, the transport fee becomes non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds will be credited via the original payment method.
